Project Manager – Installations (Central Scotland)
We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead installations across Central Scotland for a well-established home-improvement manufacturer and installer. Their social housing divisions are expanding, and they need someone to keep multiple projects running smoothly, safely and on time. This is a hands-on role where your planning, leadership and problem-solving will make a real difference on site.
What you'll do
You'll oversee site operations and project delivery across Central Scotland, based in Fife. Your days will involve managing programme timelines, coordinating teams and trades on live sites, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and making sure safety standards are met across every installation. You'll be the point of accountability for projects running efficiently and to brief.
What you'll bring
You'll have at least three years' management experience in installations, construction or a similar field. You're a confident leader with strong people management skills. You have a solid grasp of site management practices and you're proactive at solving problems under pressure. Health and safety certification (SMSTS or equivalent) is essential. You'll hold a full driving licence and be willing to travel across the region.
Why this move makes sense
You get a permanent role with a growing business, a competitive salary of £50,000 to £60,000 per year, a company vehicle, and enhanced benefits. Real autonomy on site, and the chance to develop your career with a company that values safety and delivery.
