Warehouse and Production Operator, Walthamstow

Join a world leader in automatic door solutions as a Warehouse and Production Operator. You'll be part of a growing, well-established business that's expanding fast across the UK and beyond. Based in our new North London facility, you'll work in a small, committed team where your hands-on approach and flexibility really matter.

What you'll do

Pick, pack and despatch goods accurately and on time. Build door components and headers using hand tools—circular saw, drill, screwdriver, tape measure. You'll be hands-on in production, working to set timelines and quality standards. You'll support 5S audit processes, maintain high housekeeping standards, report equipment defects and safety concerns, and actively contribute to continuous improvement. Above all, you'll work safely, follow Health & Safety procedures, and wear PPE as required. Hours are 7.30am to 4pm.

What you'll bring

Experience picking, packing and warehouse duties. Genuine comfort using hand tools and working on production tasks. A forklift licence is desirable but not essential. You're computer literate, a reliable team player with excellent timekeeping, and keen to learn. You're approachable, enthusiastic, and committed to working flexibly as part of a small team.
